Alan Sandler was born in Baltimore, MD and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1970. Alan has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and in the United States Tax Court. Alan is a founding partner of the firm and manages all of the firm's litigation. Alan has extensive Complex Litigation experience involving representation of lenders, estate litigation and other types of litigation.

Jason L. Steinman - Partner

Jason L. Steinman is a native of Brooklyn, New York. Jason has been with the firm since 2000. Jason is licensed in the State of Florida and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Jason’s practice includes representation of banks and financial instiutions, high net worth individuals and multi-million dollar corporations and includes estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, guardianships, civil litigation and handling commercial business transactions.
Jason is a member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association and past member of the North Dade-South Broward Estate Planning Council, has been a past Co-Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar held at Nova Southeastern University and member of the Steering Committee for the Jewish Community Foundation of Broward County, Memorial Foundation & Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation Professional Advisory Council Annual Spring Luncheon. Jason has also been active with Jewish Federation of Broward County, Cooper City Optimist, Lighthouse of Broward, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Broward County and sat on the Educational Advisory Board to the Mayor of Cooper City, Florida and was voted “Best Attorney” in the “Best of 2011” edition of Shalom Magazine. He is also a frequent volunteer lecturer at local Broward County schools where he was a teacher for eight years prior to joining Sandler and Sandler.

Myron Sandler – Retired

Myron Sandler was born in Baltimore, MD and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1965. Myron is a founding partner of the firm and practices primarily in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Commercial Transactions, Probate and Taxes, representing high net worth indivduals and families. After becoming a Certified Public Accountant, Myron worked with the Internal Revenue Service in the Estate and Gift Tax division until 1972, when he started his private practice. Due to the extensive nature of the firm, Myron performs duties adjunct to Estate Administration and Tax Planning, such as drafting and negotiation of contracts and other commercial instruments, real estate transactions, tax controversies and the purchase and sales of businesses.
